Ada Agbili is a Transformation Consultant and the Project Manager for Integrated Youth Services Nova Scotia.
Ada brings nearly 15 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and project management, with a strong record of supporting the design and successful implementation of complex projects. She’s recognized for her ability to connect strategy with execution and to guide projects that deliver measurable results. Within IWK, Ada has contributed to key transformational initiatives over the past year. Prior to this, she worked with KPMG, where she led and collaborated on numerous projects aimed at achieving strategic and organizational objectives.
Ada holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management.
