Wellness Navigation is a free non-urgent service provided by healthcare professionals for adults, children/youth and families with a valid Nova Scotia health card.
Appointments can happen virtually, by phone, or in person. This program is available to those living in the greater Halifax area.
Call 902-460-4560 (press 1 for Bedford/Sackville, 2 for Chebucto, 3 for Dartmouth and 4 for Halifax) to make an appointment with a navigator.
