Charlene Milner is a Principal in the Assurance practice at Grant Thornton LLP in Fredericton, New Brunswick, providing audit and advisory services to a wide range of clients across many industries. Charlene has over 20 years’ experience as a finance professional, previously working for High Liner Foods Incorporated and AuRico Gold Inc. in senior financial reporting roles.
Charlene is a graduate of Dalhousie University, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) degree, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
Charlene is currently the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of The Chalmers Foundation, which raises funds to support healthy, caring communities in Fredericton, New Brunswick and surrounding area, and is also a member of the Practice Inspection Committee for CPA New Brunswick. She is also the former Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of The Neptune Theatre Foundation in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
