Sylvia is the assistant to Mike Sangster, Director, Research & Innovation Advancement (RIA). She also supports the work of the Director and of Yasmin Ali, RIA Manager and the entire RIA team.
Provides day-to-day support for the work of the RIA leadership team.
Routes and answers general enquiries that come into the Research email account from researchers, stakeholders, and the general public.
Assembles and edits the weekly RIA E-Bulletin.
Updates the Research Pulse webpages and forms and maintains the RIA pages for the public-facing website.
Works with the various RIA teams to assist as needed and improve processes and information flow.
