Chris Fowles

Chris is a former partner at business law firm Torys LLP, where he practised corporate and securities law for 30 years. In 2015, he relocated from Toronto to Halifax to establish and lead the Torys Legal Services Centre, the firm's hub for delivering tailored, high-volume legal services. He holds degrees in mathematics (actuarial science), business administration (MBA), and law. Chris has served on the IWK Health Board of Directors since 2019, including as Chair from 2024 to 2026. He currently serves as Past Chair.
