As REB Lead, Jill supports researchers and trainees in navigating the ethics review process by providing guidance on REB requirements, regulatory pathways, and submission preparation. In addition, she can provide pre-review of ethics applications to help strengthen submissions and facilitate efficient review processes. Jill also works collaboratively with teams to address complex ethical considerations.
As a Consulting Scientist, Jill can provide methodological and scientific consultation across the research lifecycle, including study design, protocol development, and research planning. She can also conduct pre-reviews of grant applications to help strengthen scientific quality, clarity, and competitiveness prior to submission.
As an educator, Jill can develop and deliver tailored educational sessions for research teams, divisions, and departments on topics related to research methodology and ethics. In this capacity, her goal is to build research capacity and support teams in conducting high-quality, scientifically rigorous, and ethically sound research.
