Daria Oanes

Research Volunteer

Daria recently joined the lab as a volunteer. She is nearly done her BSc in Psychology at Dalhousie and looks forward to being more involved in research while she decides on a path post-grad. Daria’s main areas of research interest through my degree have been developmental disorders, neurodivergence, and social psychology. She is also fascinated by sleep, and more importantly, why some of us are so bad at sleeping, and thinks that research in the area could lead us to finding fascinating answers to a lot of the questions we have about human health. Other ways Daria spends her time outside of work and school include running, reading, cooking, and spending as much time as possible outside.
