Originally from Izmir, Turkey, Gökçe completed their Bachelor’s in Psychology and Cinema & Media Studies at Dalhousie University. They are passionate about investigating the complexities of human expression, communication, and culture. Gökçe is currently working on their Master of Journalism and is a volunteer at the IWK Sleep for Health lab. At any given day they can be found watching the sunset, short films, or telling stories in excruciating detail.
