I am currently completing my fifth year as an Honours Psychology student at the University of King's College. With a minor in social anthropology, I have developed an appreciation for taking a holistic approach to understanding human behaviour. Child development has always been an interest of mine, particularly in relation to neurodevelopmental disorders. My Honours thesis project focuses on identifying barriers and facilitators to accessing diagnostic services for autism spectrum disorder in Indigenous communities in Canada. Working with the SANDD Lab this year has been an incredible learning experience and I look forward to further refining my research skills in this area.
