Vegetarian diet:

It can sometimes be challenging to meet your requiremnet for certain vitamins and minerals when following a vegetarian or vegan diet. A well-planned vegetarian diet can meet your nutritional needs at all ages. The kiy is to eat a wide range of foods, including nuts, seeds, legumes, soy products, whole grains, fruits & vegatables, and for some, dairy products and eggs.
